Community Memorial Healthcare is proud to offer an ACGME-accredited, community-based,
and community-focused psychiatry residency program with an emphasis on
consultation/liaison psychiatry.
Our program is a collaboration between Community Memorial Healthcare, Ventura
County Medical Center, Ventura County Behavioral Health, and other local partners.
We are looking for residents with a dedication to community psychiatry to join us in building our program. Our goal is to provide the skills, knowledge, experience, education, and training to develop outstanding community psychiatrists and leaders in enhancing psychiatric services at all levels.
We have a diverse and experienced faculty. Due to our small size, we offer the advantage of rigorous training, close supervision, and mentorship, not only in the acquisition of skills but also in research and career planning.
