Kate Salmonsen, NP

I was born and raised in Ventura, Ca and I am excited to serve the community that shaped me. After earning my undergraduate and nursing degree in Kansas, I returned home to work 5 years on the Medical/Oncology floor at CMH. While working as a RN, I earned my masters degree and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

My experience as both a registered nurse and now family nurse practitioner have reinforced my commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
