Keval Patel, DO

About

Dr. Keval Patel, D.O., M.S. is a board-eligible Vascular & Interventional radiologist. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Southern California studying biology and economics, followed by a Master of Science in Global Medicine. He attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences, where he ranked in the top 10% of his graduating class. He completed his residency and fellowship in Vascular Interventional Radiology at Christiana Care Health System, a 1200-bed Level I trauma center. Dr. Patel's proficiency spans a wide range of procedures including angiography, embolization, ablations, biliary procedures, venous interventions, and imaged guided biopsies. His particular interests lie in venous disease, interventional oncology, and peripheral arterial disease.


Dr. Patel has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications in leading medical journals and presented his research at various prestigious conferences. His professional affiliations include the American Medical Association, American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, and the Society of Interventional Radiology. Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Patel has demonstrated a dedication to global health, leading medical mission trips to underserved communities in Peru, Panama, and Ecuador. He is an avid Lakers fan and enjoys playing basketball and tennis.
