Dr. Major earned his medical degree from The Medical College of Ohio in 1998. He completed five years of General Surgical training at Cedars Sinai and one year of Surgical Critical Care. He completed two years of Vascular Surgery training at the University of Southern California. He is board certified in General Surgery, Surgical Critical Care and Vascular Surgery. He is the past Chairman of Surgery at Community Memorial Hospital and is the current Chairman of the Quality Committee at St John’s Hospital. He has privileges at Community Memorial Hospital, St John’s Hospital, Pleasant Valley Hospital, Ventura County Medical Center and Simi Valley Hospital. Dr. Major has been in practice since 2006.
