About
Dr. Tony Wang is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He is also fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management, specializing in the treatment of various acute and chronic pain conditions. He received his bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of California, Berkeley, and his Doctor of Medicine degree at Tulane University School of Medicine. After medical school, Dr. Wang completed his residency training in Anesthesiology, as well as his fellowship training in Pain Medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center.
Dr. Wang’s main focus is the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain disorders in different body areas through minimally invasive interventional procedures in conjunction with other treatment modalities. The body areas that he specializes in include: cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, as well as major joints and bursae in the periphery. Additionally, he is also experienced in the management of post-surgical pain, neuropathic pain, cancer pain, and complex regional pain syndrome.
