Why Ventura? I did a sub-internship rotation at Community Memorial during medical school and very quickly realized this was a place I could envision myself being happy at; everyone in the program is kind, thoughtful, and welcoming, the hospital is stunning, and the entire staff acts as a family and takes pride in their work. Ventura is also an incredibly beautiful place to live!
