Life Before Medical School: I chose to attend a 6-year medical program in India right after high school.

Why Ventura? I chose Community Memorial for residency for a number of reasons. I was keen on joining a smaller residency program that would provide more personalized attention and faculty support. During my interview, I found that Community Memorial would offer me the ideal environment for me to cultivate strong relationships with my mentors and receive individualized guidance throughout my training. Additionally, I have always been drawn to coastal living and everything it has to offer. I enjoy spending my free time hiking and spending time by the beach. I truly feel that training in Ventura offers the perfect blend of coastal living, a supportive program, and a strong sense of community. I am excited to be part of the vibrant medical community in Ventura and contribute to the mental health needs of our region.
