Life before medical school: I worked for a few years performing data analysis at a neurosurgery lab at UCLA.

Why Ventura? Ventura is a beautiful beach city with great weather, a friendly community, and is close enough to easily visit my home town. From my interview, it was apparent that the CMH IM program has warm and welcoming culture with supportive attendings and residents.

Next Adventure: I am looking forward to visiting Vietnam this upcoming summer!
