Why Ventura? I quickly knew Community Memorial was the place for me after completing an audition rotation and noticing the authentic, supportive environment between residents, staff, and faculty. I could see how the compassion, kindness, and gratitude rooted in the family medicine program made a huge difference in creating a productive learning environment for both residents and medical students and impacted patient experiences positively. I am passionate about teaching and using my osteopathic training and feel that Community Memorial is the best place to do both of those things and more! I am so grateful to spend the next three years in the beautiful beach town of Ventura at this wonderful program.
