Why Ventura? It is hard to imagine myself experiencing a better fit during the interview process. The mix of a supportive cast of faculty and residents with a familial-style learning environment made me feel instantly welcome. Additionally, the opportunity to be a part of and help shape a new and blossoming program was especially attractive. I can’t wait to start the next chapter of my career in Ventura!
