Why Ventura?  I chose Community Memorial for the culture of teaching that is present throughout the program and the entire hospital. It was rewarding to experience an environment of continuous learning that supports the development of each individual while contributing to the growth of the entire team. With a location next to the beach and mountains, a variety of food options, and many great breweries, Ventura is an ideal location for residency!
