Why Ventura? What intrigued me the most about Community Memorial was how supportive the residency program is to its residents. They seemed to simultaneously prioritize resident wellness while providing a favorable learning environment that equips you to become a competent physician. The camaraderie amongst the residents seemed unmatched. Ventura is also home to so many scenic hikes that I look forward to exploring.
