Continuing Care Center Patients
Our Continuing Care Center is the only local skilled nursing facility located on the campus of an acute care hospital. Our proximity enables a seamless transition when a patient requires specialized care before going home or for certain conditions. Services available to patients and residents of the Continuing Care Center include:
- Secure medication management and administration
- In-room personal care (bathing, oral hygiene, positioning)
- Enternal feeding
- IV therapy
- On-site imaging services
- On-site phlebotomists and lab services
- Physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapy
- Psychological, dietary and spiritual services
- Financial planning for medical care
