The Cancer Registry is a mandated database of anonymized data on patient
history, diagnosis, cancer stage, treatments, and outcomes for all cancer
patients who meet the State of California and American College of Surgeon’s
Commission on Cancer reporting requirements. Treatment outcomes and survival
statistics are maintained by conducting lifetime annual follow-up on all
living patients diagnosed and/or treated at Community Memorial during
their first course of therapy.
Annual Reports
As part of our accreditation process, Community Memorial prepares annual
reports outlining the work of our Cancer Program. These reports provide
an overview of our efforts in the areas of cancer screening, prevention,
treatment, and support.
