Physical Therapy

Expert Rehabilitation Services

Physical therapy is a form of rehabilitation focused on identifying, evaluating, and treating problems with the way your body moves and functions. Like occupational therapy, it can include treatment for muscle, soft tissue, bone and joint injuries, as well as a variety of post-surgical therapies. But instead of focusing on learning or re-learning how to perform everyday tasks, physical therapy focuses on achieving better movement patterns overall.

Physical therapists (PTs) are often referred to as “movement experts,” and Community Memorial’s team of experts has extensive knowledge and experience, as well as access to the latest in related technology. Your PT will work with you to evaluate your movement, help you understand your impairment or dysfunction, and address the issue through the treatment protocol that best meets your needs.
