Our professionally certified trainers provide individualized training for
people of every fitness level. Their understanding of body mechanics allows
them to design safe, effective workouts tailored to your needs and any
health limitations you might have. Training sessions are an hour long.

Group sessions allow Wellness & Fitness Center members to encourage and support each other as they increase their endurance, flexibility, and strength. Training consists of a balanced mix of cardio, resistance, and core training. The hour-long sessions are developed based on the fitness level and physical ability of the participants.
