Due to high winds, power safety shut-offs, and wildfires in Ventura County, we are experiencing intermittent closures at some of our outpatient facilities. If you have an urgent need or an upcoming appointment at one of our Health Centers, please call our scheduling center at 805-948-6353 for more information.

Facility Closures

At this time, all our our outpatient Health Centers and Urgent Care locations are open and fully-operational.

If you had an appointment earlier this week that was cancelled due to a Health Center closure, please call 805-948-6353 to reschedule.

If you need immediate care at any time during a natural disaster or weather event, please visit one of our Urgent Care locations. Click here for more information.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest Emergency Room.
